Privacy, in plain language.
Hologram uses Unity Analytics to understand how the game performs and how players move through it. We use that information to improve the experience—not to build advertising profiles or sell personal data.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Kraftum Games handles information when you play Hologram. It covers the game's use of Unity Analytics. Unity Technologies processes Analytics data for us as a service provider.
2. Information collected
Unity Analytics may process the following information:
- your IP address and country or approximate location derived from it;
- a unique, installation-specific identifier and Unity user identifier;
- an Apple Identifier for Vendors (IDFV), where applicable;
- technical information such as device, platform, operating system, app version and session details; and
- gameplay events such as game start and end, session activity, progress and feature interactions.
We do not intentionally send your name, email address, message contents, precise location or other directly identifying information to Unity Analytics through custom events.
3. Why we use it
We use Analytics data to:
- measure game stability, performance and engagement;
- understand where players encounter difficulty or leave the game;
- improve balancing, progression, usability and future updates; and
- detect technical problems and evaluate whether fixes work.
Where the law requires consent, Analytics is activated only after consent is granted. Elsewhere, we rely on our legitimate interest in improving Hologram, subject to your right to object or opt out.
4. Sharing and international processing
Analytics information is shared with Unity only so Unity can provide its analytics service to Kraftum Games. We do not sell personal data. Unity may process information in countries other than your own using safeguards required by applicable law. Read the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy for more about Unity's practices.
5. Retention
Unity Analytics retains personal data for 13 months by default. Data may be deleted sooner when a valid deletion request is completed. Aggregated or de-identified information may be kept when it no longer identifies a player.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, withdraw consent, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
Use the privacy controls inside Hologram to opt out of Analytics or request deletion. If those controls are unavailable, use the support contact shown on Hologram's store page and include “Privacy request” in your message. We may ask for information needed to locate the relevant installation record and verify the request.
7. Children
Hologram is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child in a way that requires parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us through the game's store support channel so we can investigate and delete it where required.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when Hologram or the services it uses change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. For questions or privacy requests, contact Kraftum Games through the support contact listed on Hologram's store page.
